Hightech-Line Multiscopes - for visual inspection of cavities with difficult access
The Hightech-Line of our multiscopes is very challenging concerning the optic and the precision mechanics.
By the coherence of design, construction, and special production, these high-end products are not meant or adapted only for the industrial environment. Thanks to the numerous functions of each device, and to the large range of products, these tools offer a rather vast range of possibilities. In some cases it is necessary to utilize these options, for instance when opening safes. Therefore we named these special endoscopes „Multiscopes“.
Definitions
For better understanding of the description, please read the following important definitions:
Viewing direction: is the deviation of the central ray from the axis of the optic system.
Image angle: is the angle between the lateral rays of the inspection area. This term is important for the differentiation of devices with standard image angle and wide-angle endoscopes.
Special characteristics:
Focussing
Rotable probeProbe rotation by one hand onlyTactual inclination angleComputer calculated optic systemsAdapted image transmitting method for each endoscope type Adjustable viewing direction from -7° to +133° (Image angle incl.) Total rotation field of 140°Foresight and retrograde sightConstant image angle (45°)Optimal illumination by regular repartition of glass fibres over the whole fieldOptimized relation between glass fibre and opticErgonomic handle, removable The optic parts find their place in their own tube and they are consequently separated from the coated glass fibre space.
Our multiscopes with a diameter of 6.0mm come with a lens mix system, which guarantees optimum light conduction at this small size.
For optimal illumination of the inspection field the proportion between glass fibre part and the optic diameter has been ameliorated. Special coated glass fibres transport the light without loss.
For utilisation with a cold light source the set contains a universal connection for ACMI, Wolf, Storz or Lemo as standard.
Multiscope-Head
The by a wire traction system pivotable prism allows an individually adjustable viewing direction from -7° to +133° (image angle incl.), representing a total rotation zone of 140°. As the illustration shows, a retrograde sight is possible, too.
Amplification
Due to the important depth of focus and the image angle of these endoscopes, the amplification factor can only be calculated if the object distance is known.
The curve below shows the run of the amplification factor to the distance. The amplification is inversely proportional to the distance. This means that the amplification is double with half the distance and vice versa.
Mechanic
The complete metal construction, tube out of stainless steel, main body, eye piece and handle out of hardened, anodised aluminium guarantees a long durability.High quality and low maintenance utilisation thanks to the precise mechanicsExactly synchronised parts give very good quality in focussing.Prism adjustment by wire traction system Conditions of use
