Reference according to section 12 of the battery bylaw
In connection with the sale of devices that contain batteries or chargeable batteries we are obliged in accordance to the battery bylaw to refer to the section below:

Every consumer is required by law to return all used batteries or rechargeable batteries. Disposal as household waste is prohibited. Batteries and rechargeable batteries can be returned without charge at every public collection point and in any shop. You can also return any batteries/ rechargeable batteries, that were part of any device purchased through us, to us via mail (please ensure the correct postage) or in person at our company.
