SILCA Rekord

Rekord, Silca key cutting machine for cylinder, car and cruciform keys is the result of intensive and detailed research. High tech materials, ergonomic shapes and carriage movements by rectified shaft guarantee optimal working conditions and duplicates with maximum precision. The motor works with a belt. On the right side of the motor you find the driving unit, which drives the brush and the cutter by a covered belt. The jaw carrier, consisting of two jaws, is installed on a carrier with length movements, which is controlled by a lever with a handle, provided with the release switch. The carriage movements by rectified shaft give high precision in the movements and easier cutting. The carrier is entirely protected against all dust and shavings thanks to the structure over the cutting unit. The key cutting machine is equipped with a slanting surface to lead off the shavings in the chipping tray, situated under the carrier and easy to pull out.
